TRIGGER POINT THERAPY UPGRADE

Trigger Points are tight bands of muscles that may be felt as a knot. Trigger points can restrict movement and cause muscle weakness and may cause referred and or radiating pain. Our patients get excellent results with our treatments and report immediate relief.

REFLEXOLOGY UPGRADE

Reflexology is an alternative therapeutic treatment based on the idea that areas of the feet, hands, and ears are connected to other areas of the body. According to reflexology, pressure applied to the right reflex points can correct problems with correlating body parts and organs.

MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE UPGRADE

Myofascial massage is a hands-on technique that helps "unstick" connective tissue in the body. The goal of Myofascial work is to allow the body to move with grace, strength, stability and ease.

ACCUPRESSURE UPGRADE

Acupressure is the practice of applying pressure to certain points in the body to create health or heal specific ailments. It works the same way that acupuncture works. However, with acupressure, the pressure is applied through pressing the points with the fingers or elbows.

NEUROMUSCULAR UPGRADE

Neuromuscular massage therapy is based on the idea that there are certain trigger points in the body where all negative energy and injuries manifest themselves. Our skilled neuromuscular massage therapists can go in and work the affected trigger points to release pain from the body and mind.

PRENATAL MASSAGE UPGRADE
