WHAT IS REIKI?
REIKI IS THE HEALING POWER OF THE UNIVERSE!
"REI" means Universe or God Consciousness
"KI" means Chi or Life Force Energy
REIKI means, basically, the Life Force Energy
of the Universe or of God (in Japanese)
Reiki is a hands-on gentle and natural healing system that restores energetic balance and facilitates growth and healing on all levels. It produces a feeling of mental clarity, calmness, well-being, and spiritual connection. During the session, universal energy is called upon to assist you with achieving harmony in your life.
Benefits include relaxation, a sense of well-being, and healing on all of the
following levels: physical,
emotional/mental and spiritual.
The Client remains fully clothed
and relaxes on a table for this type
of energy work.
Reiki is a recognized complimentary therapy practiced in many hospitals and clinics, and is listed by NCCAM (National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine), one of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), as a viable form of Alternative Medicine.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A TYPICAL REIKI SESSION?
In many ways, there is no typical session. No set protocol or length of time. Reiki can be administered by anyone who has training, which could be a professional practitioner, a healthcare provider, a friend or family member who has been trained in Reiki.
Moreover, there is no typical setting: a quiet place is preferable, but Reiki can be done anywhere. No matter what else is happening, either around or directly to, the recipient. Just moments of touch from a Reiki-trained practitioner can bring comfort in an acute or emergency situation, such as the onset of the flu, or after an injury or surgery. Any form of trauma or stress can be addressed in a Reiki Session!
Our Intuitive, private Reiki Healing sessions are 60 – 90 minutes and can include gemstone and candle healing, chakra healing , massage therapy and aromatherapy, and much much more.

YOUR TYPICAL BASIC SESSION WILL INCLUDE:
60 Minutes of Massage with 15 Min of Reiki Healing
Followed by a Chat/Consultation
Chat /Consultation brings client awareness to
Recommendations for Balance moving forward for self,
as well as, balance in the Home & Work Environment-
i.e. candle meditations, crystal meditations, relaxation techniques, etc.
*this part of the session is adapted slightly for children and pets
